1. What Staysaver is
Staysaver is an independent publisher that finds and shares travel deals — flights, eSIMs, hotels, insurance, flight-delay compensation and similar. We are not a travel agency. We do not sell flights, hotels or any travel product ourselves, and we are not party to any booking you make.
2. Bookings are with third parties
When you tap a deal, you leave Staysaver and complete your booking on a third-party provider's website (for example an airline, Aviasales, Airalo, a hotel-booking partner or AirHelp). Your booking is governed entirely by that provider's own terms, prices and policies — not ours. Any issue with a booking, payment, refund or service is between you and that provider.
3. Prices and availability
Prices, routes and availability shown on Staysaver are illustrative examples and change constantly — sometimes within hours or minutes. We do not guarantee any price, deal or availability. Always confirm the live price on the provider's website before you book. We are not responsible if a deal has changed or ended by the time you reach it.
4. Affiliate relationship
Some links on Staysaver are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay. We only feature deals we consider genuinely good. See our About page for full transparency.
5. No advice
Content on Staysaver is for general information only and is not financial, travel or legal advice. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
Staysaver is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any third-party provider or booking, or from any deal that has changed, expired or proved inaccurate.
